Service Description

ArtistRadioTV provides radio PR, press release distribution, TV PR, live airplay monitoring and related digital services. The scope of service depends on the package you purchase.

Account and Registration

You must create an account with a valid email address to purchase and manage services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Payment and Billing

Service fees are charged at the prices shown on the website. Payments are processed securely by credit card through Stripe. Subscription and package durations are stated on the relevant package page.

Refund Policy — No Refunds

For radio PR and press distribution services, no refunds are provided once the purchase is completed and your campaign has started.

Under our radio PR service, your song, video and press materials are distributed to all radio and TV stations via bulk email. Once the bulk email distribution is sent, the service is deemed fulfilled and the transaction is considered complete.

Cancellation or refund requests are not accepted after distribution reports, delivery records or the campaign process have begun. This applies to all radio PR and distribution packages paid by credit card.

For live monitoring and subscription-based digital services, no refunds are provided once the service period has started and access has been granted.

Service Delivery

Radio PR distribution services begin within the stated timeframe after payment confirmation. Bulk email distribution is considered fulfilled once completed. Monitoring and reporting services are provided through your account according to your package.

User Responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have the rights to distribute the content you submit. Illegal, misleading or infringing content is not accepted.

Limitation of Liability

ArtistRadioTV does not guarantee that radio or TV stations will broadcast your content; we provide distribution and monitoring services. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the absence of a broadcast guarantee.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
