What ArtistRadioTV owns
ArtistRadioTV owns the compilation, organization and presentation of the monitoring data published on ArtistRadioTV and related chart pages.
This includes rankings, lists, aggregated airplay statistics, dataset structure and the way results are presented.
Third-party rights
The underlying songs, broadcasts, recordings, artist names, station brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Nothing on this page transfers ownership of music, broadcasts or trademarks to users of the datasets.
Reuse under Creative Commons
Published datasets may be reused under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Attribution requirement
Anyone using the data must clearly credit “ArtistRadioTV” and include a link to https://artistradiotv.com.
